Laurel Oil

Laurel oil is extracted from the leaves and fruits of the azalea plant. It’s an extremely popular culinary ingredient with thousands of medical uses. The azalea plant belongs to the same family as the laurel tree. It was used by early Greeks, Egyptians, and Romans to treat a variety of ailments including fever, fatigue, headaches, coughs, diarrhea, and insomnia.
